Plan for Setup and Pack Up
Set aside at least 10-15 mins within your booking period to set up and pack your station.
💡E.g. If your booking starts at 11am, get your guest to arrive from 11:15am onwards!
Prepare Your Guest
As these are not allowed in our premises, to avoid surprises, do inform guests about relevant policies ahead of their appointment.

Booking Day
Self-service Check In/Out
You will receive the access codes for entry to your villa level and station you booked on your booking day. On the day of your booking, you can access your villa level as soon as your booking starts!
For first timers, arrive at least 15 mins before your booking for a guided check-in on your first visit!
💡E.g. If your booking starts at 11am, please arrive by 10:45am.
Before You Leave
🧹 Please clean up the station so it's ready for the next person.
🗑️ Dispose of your trash in the large bin at Reception Level 2, outside the washroom.
💡 Turn off all sterilising machines, power, air conditioning, and lights.
