Secure a fully private studio for the entire month and make it your dedicated professional base — designed for practitioners who want consistency, privacy, and a fully set-up space without operational overhead.
This is an all-inclusive studio with utilities covered, and the flexibility to leave your equipment in place for the entire month. No daily setup or pack up — just a stable, professional environment you can operate from seamlessly.
To establish your presence from day one, your studio signage/logo will be displayed outside your room, helping clients find you easily and strengthening your on-site visibility immediately.
This is the only full-month private studio available at Circular Road for this cycle.
Bras Basah — Fully Equipped Hair Salon (Full Month) ($450/month)
Limited monthly slots available.
Secure a dedicated salon base for the full month at an accessible flat rate of $450.
Designed for practitioners who want to build consistency, increase repeat bookings, and operate from a fully equipped, professional salon environment without long-term commitment or high overheads.
Just walk in and focus on your clients — the space is fully set up for you to deliver services confidently throughout the month.
Only a small number of monthly stations are released each cycle.

A Studio Day follows the operating hours of the space you book. Operating hours may vary between participating locations.

Yes. You’re encouraged to explore participating spaces and discover the locations that feel right for you, your business and your clients.

No. The program can run for up to 3 months. If you wish to cancel, please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

The Startup Program is S$168/month, billed monthly on auto-renewal for up to 3 consecutive months.
Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your preferred participating Partner Space. If no preference is submitted, Gentle Ground will assign a suitable available Partner Space.
To cancel, simply let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date.

As we accept a limited number of startups each month, placements are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early application to secure a spot. -
Yes. Additional hours or sessions can be booked separately at the standard rate, subject to availability.

Studio Days are designed for one continuous booking, so they cannot be split into separate timings or shared with another business.

Booking opens on your cohort start date. Your booking link and package code will be sent on that date, allowing you to begin making your bookings.

Yes. The Startup Program auto-renews monthly for up to 3 months, unless you cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
For Months 2 and 3, write in at least 7 days before your billing date to check available locations and request your preferred Partner Space. All requests are subject to suitability and availability.
If we do not receive a preference, a suitable available Partner Space will be assigned.

Open-concept cut and style station for hair treatments, styling and colour services. We recommend booking a studio tour before renting to view the space and discuss your needs and any additional product fees.
