Secure a fully private studio for the entire month and make it your dedicated professional base — designed for practitioners who want consistency, privacy, and a fully set-up space without operational overhead.
This is an all-inclusive studio with utilities covered, and the flexibility to leave your equipment in place for the entire month. No daily setup or pack up — just a stable, professional environment you can operate from seamlessly.
To establish your presence from day one, your studio signage/logo will be displayed outside your room, helping clients find you easily and strengthening your on-site visibility immediately.
This is the only full-month private studio available at Circular Road for this cycle.
Bras Basah — Fully Equipped Hair Salon (Full Month) ($450/month)

Secure a dedicated salon base for the full month at an accessible flat rate of $450.
Designed for practitioners who want to build consistency, increase repeat bookings, and operate from a fully equipped, professional salon environment without long-term commitment or high overheads.
Just walk in and focus on your clients — the space is fully set up for you to deliver services confidently throughout the month.
Only a small number of monthly stations are released each cycle.

As we accept a limited number of startups each month, placements are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early application to secure a spot. -
Yes. Additional hours or sessions can be booked separately at the standard rate, subject to availability.

For the Startup Program, sessions must be booked and used as one continuous 6‑hour session. They can’t be split, shared, transferred, or reassigned. (Sharing/splitting is only available for some non‑Startup options.)

Booking opens on your cohort start date. Your booking link and package code will be sent on that date, allowing you to begin making your bookings.
