How does it work?

Step 1: Register with us. Only for first timers!
Step 2: Select your booking date, time, and a station number.
Step 3: An access code for entry to your villa level and station will be emailed to you.
Step 4: Enter your station when the booking starts.
Step 5: Clean up, clear your trash, switch off all air conditioning and electrical appliances, and lock up.

What does an hourly rental include?

Fully Equipped Workstation
Choose from a wide selection of workstations, including private rooms, makeup stations, beds, sofas, and manicure tables, all fully set up! Save on renovation efforts and costs by walking into our fully functional space.

Your Branding; Our Marketing Support
You branding will be at visible at our premise as well as online! Get featured on our social media, website, and even in-store! We support and reward our users in many exciting ways.

Zero Utility Bills & Zero Commission
With us, you do not have to worry about utility bills or the hassle of setting them up. What's more, we do not collect any middleman fees or GTO*. The flat rental rate we offer includes basically everything.

*Gross Turnover usually applies to retail rentals with a base rent plus a sales percentage. If your shop's base rent is $10k, you will need to pay a final rent of $10k plus 1% of your sales.

Welcoming Area with Complimentary Beverages
Our reception area is well-stocked to warmly welcome your guests. They can enjoy self-serve complimentary beverages and have access to a convenient restroom, just like at home! Feel free to come by and pick them up, or guide them to your workstation when you're ready. This area is opened Tuesdays to Sundays, between 12 pm and 8 pm.

Laundry Services
We are delighted to inform you that we provide laundry services at no additional cost! This means you do not have to wash those large linens or blankets, giving you more time to focus on what truly matters.

Sterilising Station & Shared Amenities
When we say your stations are fully equipped, it also includes a sterilising station with sterilising machines and alcohol sprays. There are also aprons, towels, and even tissues for your use!
