With us, you do not have to worry about utility bills or the hassle of setting them up. What's more, we do not collect any middleman fees or GTO*. The flat rental rate we offer includes basically everything.

*Gross Turnover usually applies to retail rentals with a base rent plus a sales percentage. If your shop's base rent is $10k, you will need to pay a final rent of $10k plus 1% of your sales.

Unrestricted Access Hours
You can access your workstation anytime without being restricted by your mall or building's operating hours or air conditioning schedule. It is practically available 24 hours a day.
