Our Policy :

  • To avoid being charged a reschedule fee of $X, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling.

  • To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that you arrive on time. Your appointment will be cancelled if you arrive later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

  • Please wait at the reception on level 2 and send us a message when you arrive.

"To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We apologise that we will not be able to proceed with the treatment if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time."

Deposit

"We are unable to refund any paid deposit. However, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment to a time that is convenient for you.”
