By using our space and/or making a booking, you agree to comply with Singapore's laws and regulations regarding your activities and services. You also agree to be bound by these terms, which you acknowledge having read and understood. Please note that we reserve the right to change, amend, add, or delete any of these terms without prior notice, and every Gentle Ground Pte Ltd’s client will be bound by such changes.

Booking Terms
All bookings must be done online and at least 12 hours in advance. For those who haven't registered with us before, please click HERE to complete a one-time registration. For last-minute new booking requests, please email us during our operating hours (9am to 6pm) to check station availability and see if we can accommodate your request. Please make sure that all the information entered is correct when making a booking and payment. The booking will be confirmed once the payment is completed. You will receive an email confirming your booking. We will not be held accountable if incorrect booking details or an incorrect email address were provided. Not receiving the confirmation email will not be considered a valid reason for not showing up.

First-time Users
First-time users need to complete a One-time Registration before making a booking. Please ensure all staff details are included in the form to allow them entry to your booked space.

Cancellation & Reschedule
Rescheduling can only be done 12 hours before your booking. Please note that once a payment has been made, it is strictly non-refundable, and bookings cannot be cancelled.

Ethical and Legal Practices
To ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of Singapore, it is imperative that all legal treatments, activities, and services strictly adhere to them. We kindly ask that you demonstrate respect towards our staff, fellow users and all guests. Please note that the following actions are strictly prohibited: illegal treatments / activities, aggressive sales tactics, poaching, and disruptive behaviour. Failure to comply with this warning will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refund or compensation. Please be aware, illegal activities will not be tolerated and will be reported to local authorities. In such instances, we retain the right to cancel future bookings without offering any refund or compensation.

Trespassers
Unauthorised access or use of our space without a prepaid booking will be considered trespassing and reported to the police.

Payment Terms
All payments made are non-refundable. Once payment is made it is considered confirmed. In case of accidental excess payment, a service charge will be applied for refunds. Payments are valid for a period of 2 months only. After 2 months, payments will be forfeited and bookings will be invalid. We accept the following methods of payment for products and services:
i) PayNow (Singapore currency only)
ii) Visa / MasterCard

Check-In (Self-Serviced)
It is important to note that access to the villa level and/or your station is permitted only at the commencement of your booking. Your booking will begin automatically as soon as you, your work materials, or personal belongings enter the room, station, or villa. Your checkout time will be adjusted to end earlier automatically.

Check-Out (Self-Serviced)
Your booking is considered complete only after you, your guests, and all your work materials have left the room, station or villa level. No refunds will be provided for bookings that end earlier than the scheduled time. Additional fees will automatically be charged if:

  • You, your guest, or your work materials remain in the room, station, or villa after your booking ends.

  • There is an overrun, switching between different stations, or use/occupation of additional stations by you, your guests, or belongings.

  • The number of people at your station exceeds its allowable capacity.

Overrun
Overruns are strongly discouraged. In the event that an extended use for your workstation cannot be granted, you will be required to vacate it promptly. It is recommended to allocate extra time just in case your guest arrives late, and ensure you have enough time to pack up your work materials. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by your guest.Additional charges will apply automatically for overruns, switching to different stations, the use/occupancy of extra stations, or exceeding your station’s allowable capacity. Staying beyond our regular operating hours will also incur extra costs.

Overrun Charges
For Hourly bookings & Package holders,If you exceed your booking time by the first 15 minutes, you will be charged a prorated hourly rate. Afterward, the regular half-hourly rate will be applied to any remaining portion of the hour.

Example: Your Open Station ($25 per hour) booking ends at 3pm. You fully evacuate your station with your belongings and guests at 3:01 pm. You will be charged a one-time fee of 1/4th of the hourly rate, which amounts to $6.25, for the first 15-minute extension. However, if you vacate at 3:16 pm, you will be charged for another full 1/2 hour, resulting in a charge of $12.50.

If the workstation is not available for extended use and you have exceeded the allocated time, you will still be charged accordingly and will need to promptly vacate the station. Gentle Ground has the right to be compensated if you fail to vacate the station, which results in the delay of next user's booking or the entire day's booking for that specific workstation.

Change of Station Type & Villa Level
You can change your station type up to 48 hours in advance by emailing us for assistance. Alternatively, you can reschedule your current booking and make a new booking for the new station type. Any request made with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be accommodated.

Food & Pets
Please note that our policy prohibits food and pets on our premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Reception / Waiting Area
The reception area cannot be used for any consultation or work purposes. We cannot accommodate companions due to capacity constraints. This reception area is primarily for our beautypreneurs and their guests.

Workstation Capacity
Each workstation allows one beautypreneur and one client, unless specified otherwise. If you exceed your station's capacity limit, you'll receive a notification and incur additional charges automatically. Failure to comply will result in penalties, restrictions, and removal from our premises without refund of any remaining package or subscription fees.

Private Room: Serves 1 Client Only
Private Deluxe: Serves up to 2 Clients
Private Studio: Serves up to 2 Clients

Workstation Usage
Please only use the workstation that you have booked and limit your work materials to your assigned workstation. You will be automatically charged if you, your guest, or your work materials occupy any unbooked stations for any reason.

Furniture Arrangement
To maintain our thoughtfully designed layout, all furniture must remain in its designated place. Please do not move any items between workstations or different levels.

Sterilising Station Protocol
Power down all equipment after each use.
• Dispose of needles and sharp objects in the designated black bin
• Keep the area clear of products and avoid using it as a workspace

Towel & Apron Care
Use towels and aprons for client services only, not for cleaning your tools or workstation.
• Maintain cleanliness and prevent staining
• Place used items in the metal bin under the sink

Trash & Needle Disposal
Please dispose of all needles properly according to industry safety standards. Bag all trash and place it in the main trash bin at Reception Level 2 (outside washroom). For bulky items, use the large green bin labeled 3 Canton Street located at the back alley.

Stains, Damages, and Lost Items
We kindly request that you treat our property with respect and care. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by you or your guest during your booking period. In the event of damages, repair or replacement costs may be charged to your credit card, at the discretion of management. Any lost or missing items from workstations will be invoiced at their retail price.

Exclusive Monthly Workstation Rentals
Please refer to your signed Agreement Form for further details.

  • Strictly for work or practice purposes only, not for residential use.

  • Rental only covers one dedicated workstation unless otherwise specified. Please adhere to the capacity limits of your workstation type.

  • Reception Level will be open daily, 9am to 9pm, excluding selected holidays. There will be no receptionist on duty.

  • Rental fees are strictly non-refundable and will be billed monthly based on the commitment period.

  • If the payment is unsuccessful, your workstation will be made available to another user on the waiting list. Penalties will be incurred for any changes to the rental agreement or early cancellations.

  • Your workstation cannot be shared, cashed out, transferred, exchanged, or used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

  • Your rental agreement will be terminated immediately if you are found violating any rules.

Misrepresentation
It is important to avoid misrepresenting or trying to deceive others about any affiliation with Gentle Ground Pte Ltd. This includes using our company name, logo, and misleading your guests by claiming that you are part of or associated with Gentle Ground. We retain the right to pursue compensation for any attempts to mislead your guests into believing that you have any ownership of Gentle Ground or the shop. If any disputes arise between your guest and yourself based on groundless assumptions that we are representing you, you will be held responsible and required to compensate Gentle Ground.

Liability
Gentle Ground Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any injuries sustained by you or your guests while on our premises. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility for any loss of personal belongings or valuables within our premises. While we may engage third-party vendors or suppliers for maintenance and servicing of our premises, neither they nor we shall be held liable for any loss of personal property or valuables.

Confidentiality
We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, Confidential Information) and by using our products and services, you agree to respect the same rights of the other GENTLE GROUND product and services participants (Participants) and representatives of GENTLE GROUND.

You agree that any confidential information shared by Participants or any of our representatives is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or to us. Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with Participants during training sessions. That all materials and information provided to you by us are our confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to us, and may only be used by you as authorised by us. That if you violate, or threaten to violate, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph we will be entitled to, among other things, injunctive relief to prohibit such violations.

Your Information
By making a booking, you agree that Gentle Ground Pte Ltd may collect, use, and disclose your personal data, which you have provided in this form and during booking, for sharing marketing materials that you have agreed to receive. This is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and our data protection policy. For further details, please visit our website through this PDPA link : PDPA. Your Team
You confirm that you have obtained all necessary approvals, permits, and insurances for your team's and your activities held on the premises. You assure that these activities adhere to Singapore's laws, regulations, and Gentle Ground’s booking terms. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the booking. In such a case, your guests and you will need to cease all activities and vacate the premises without any refund or compensation. For those with a team or employees, you hereby declare that the staff submitted with your registration are under your responsibility. You also authorise them to make bookings on behalf of you or your company.

Indemnity Agreement
By making a booking,

  1. You hereby release, waive, and discharge Gentle Ground Pte Ltd and their directors, officers, agents, servants, and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”) from, and covenant not to sue the Releasees or any of them for, any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage, or injury including death, that may be sustained by you or your client(s) and/or guest(s) or to any property owned by you or your client(s) and/or guest(s), however caused.

  2. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) that they may suffer or incur arising out of or in relation to, directly or indirectly, the behaviour and/or actions of you, your client(s), and/or guest(s), whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

  3. You further expressly agree that the foregoing release, waiver, discharge, covenant and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
